As a service company, one of our top goals is to maintain your equipment which will help keep a prolonged service life. One of the ways we help customers achieve this is with seasonal maintenance. Maintenance is one of the most important factors in keeping your utility costs down. Checkups also allow us to find many types of deficiencies before they develop into more serious problems. A basic maintenance plan will not eliminate all problems or failures, but it will certainly keep the odds in your favor as the equipment owner.

  • Energy Savings Agreements (ESA) members receive two Check-Ups (1 Spring and 1 Fall) First System: $115 Second System: $105 Third and additional systems (each): $95

    Bryant has been around since 1904. Charles Bryant is the developer of the modern day furnace and offered 80% efficiency on their furnaces in 1919. They partnered with Payne in 1949 and in the mid 1950s were bought by Carrier. In the 1980s Bryant was one of the first pioneers of the 90% furnace.     The old heat pump in the top left had a compressor with locked rotors. Replacements left a brand new heat pump system that will provide cheaper electric bills and years of worry free function.

    The old condenser on the top was leaking refrigerant. The top right picture shows the leaking condenser coil. The bottom pictures show the newly installed Bryant condenser that came with the standard 10 year warranty. Anther happy customer!

    This is the same coil from before after a brush and chemical cleaning. Now it makes heat transfers properly, lets the fan motor breathe, and all of the particulate has been removed and will not be blown through the house. Breathe Easy!

    This is a new evaporator coil that was installed to replace one that was leaking. It is all aluminum and comes with a 10 year warranty.
  • Coil cleaning
    This was a very dirty evaporator coil that was cleaned. Having a clean coil is SO important to both proper function of a system and the effective capacity while it operates. Once cleaned, this system ran like a champ.
  • New Condenser
    Here is a new 5 ton Bryant condenser that was installed. It replaced a Goodman unit that busted leaks after only 6 years. This new Bryant unit has a 10 year warranty from such defects. It is also more quiet and energy efficient. This work makes another very happy customer!
